What is a Technical Review?
TroubleshootingA Technical Review is a feature that allows multiple people to evaluate the results of a coding test. This prevents personal bias that can occur when evaluation is left to a single individual, enabling a structured and fair engineering recruitment process based on pre-defined evaluation criteria.
This feature supports all test formats (Coding, Quiz, System Design, AI Collaboration, and Practical).

A set (template) consisting of multiple evaluation items.
You can create these according to your company's hiring standards or specific positions, then select them during the technical review process.
→ For instructions on how to create criteria and items, please refer to Setting Evaluation Criteria.
Steps to Perform a Technical Review
- Select a candidate who has completed their test from the "Coding Test List."
- Open the "Test Report" tab and click the "Technical Review" button in the bottom right.
- Select the evaluation criteria template you wish to use.
- Enter scores and comments for each evaluation item.
- Once completed, click "Submit" to finalize the evaluation.
Multiple members can submit evaluations independently, and you can view all evaluations collectively.
Relationship with Scoring and Pass/Fail Determination
Evaluations entered in a Technical Review can be used in conjunction with the Scoring and Pass/Fail Determination screen. This allows you to make a final decision while referencing the evaluations from multiple reviewers.
