We have released the Company My Page on HireRoo. The Company My Page allows companies to visualize their hiring standards and evaluation trends based on the evaluation data accumulated during the selection process. In future updates, this page will also be made public to candidates, taking on the role of clearly communicating the company's evaluation approach.


Background and Purpose of the Release

In IT engineer recruitment, "transparency of evaluation" and "an environment where candidates can easily understand the company" are increasingly valued.

However, traditional recruitment processes had the following challenges:

  • Evaluation criteria tend to be subjective, leading to low reproducibility in selections.
  • It's difficult for candidates to understand "what they are being evaluated on."
  • The company's evaluation approach is not easily communicated externally.
  • Data is not accumulated, making it difficult to improve recruitment.

Therefore, we released the Company My Page with the aim of improving evaluation transparency, strengthening recruitment reliability, and enhancing selection quality through data utilization.


What is Company My Page?

The Company My Page is a page that aggregates selection data and visualizes the evaluation perspectives and skill trends that a company emphasizes.

It primarily displays the following information:

  • Skill evaluation trends extracted from technical reviews and evaluation comments
  • Ratio of question formats

*If the amount of data does not meet a certain threshold, it may not be displayed.

The information posted on this page is currently not disclosed to candidates, and we are considering addressing this in future updates.
