View and Filter All Candidates Across Tests

The Candidate List (/e/screenings/tests) lets you view all candidates across multiple coding tests in one place. You can filter by suspicion level, score, rank, and more, and export data as a CSV.
Opening the Company-Wide Candidate List
Click Candidate List from the Coding Tests menu in the left sidebar (/e/screenings/tests).
Available Filters
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | In Progress, Completed, Evaluated, etc. |
| Score | Specify a score range |
| Rank | Ranks such as S, A, B, C, D |
| Result | Pass, Fail, Pending, etc. |
| Created by | The person who created the test |
| Tag | Tags assigned to the test |
| Coding Test Name | Filter by a specific test |
| Suspicion Level | Low, Medium, High, etc. |
Using the Suspicion Level Filter
- Click the Suspicion Level filter.
- Select the suspicion level you want to view.
- You can narrow down the list to only candidates with a high suspicion level.
CSV Export
Click the CSV Export button in the top right of the list to download the currently displayed candidate data as a CSV file.
