The AI assessment feature utilizes natural language processing and machine learning technologies to analyze candidate statements and actions during interviews. Specifically, it assesses the following elements:
- Communication Skills: Analyzes candidate communication with interviewers and their method of answering questions to assess communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analyzes candidates' approach to problems, logical thinking ability, and proposed solutions to assess problem-solving skills.
- Coding Skills: Analyzes candidates' understanding of basic syntax and code design to assess coding skills.
- Design Ability: Analyzes understanding of scalable design, performance, and trade-offs to assess design ability.

To use AI assessment, video calls for interviews must be conducted on HireRoo. The system automatically assesses using communication logs and technical tasks during the interview.
Background of the Release
Due to interviewer bias and individual differences in assessment criteria, bias and variability in evaluations occurred, making it difficult to accurately assess candidates. While traditional skill-based interviews made live coding easier by preparing questions in advance, there was a need to streamline the entire assessment process and reduce the burden of interviews.
