Background and Issues with the Release

On the Company Settings page, there were the following issues regarding the display of the number of selection processes, making it difficult to grasp accurate figures:

  • Discrepancy in aggregation period: The usage display was fixed from "the 1st to the end of each month," which did not match the actual billing cycle of companies that signed contracts in the middle of a month.

Update Details

To resolve the above issues, system modifications have been implemented.

  • Modification details: The usage aggregation and display period has been changed from the calendar month (1st to the end of the month) to each company's actual billing cycle (period starting from the contract start date).
  • Target screens: Company Settings screen > "Payments" > "Overview" and "Usage"
