The automatic test result feedback feature was discontinued as of 14:00 on March 10, 2026. Automatic sharing of test results with candidates who took the exam on or after March 6 has been stopped.

  • Feature discontinued: The feature that automatically delivers test result feedback to candidates after taking an exam (automatic sharing to the candidate My Page)
  • Scope of impact: Automatic sharing of test results with candidates who took the exam on or after March 6, 2026 has been stopped.

If Action Is Required

If you wish to share test result feedback with candidates after the discontinuation, please use the manual URL issuance method.

Steps for manual URL issuance:

  1. Open the test report screen.
  2. Click the "Issue Feedback URL" button to generate a sharing URL.
  3. Notify the candidate of the generated URL via email or other means.

Notes

This discontinuation is due to the abolition of the candidate pre-account creation flow. Sharing feedback with candidates via manual URL issuance remains available. If you have any questions, please contact the support team.
