Released Conversation Summary and Conversation Playback to Enhance Skill-Based Interviews

This feature allows you to achieve the following:

  • Conversation Summary: Summarizes and displays the conversation within the video call. It is divided into chapters, providing an overview of the entire conversation.
  • Conversation Playback: Allows you to review the progress of the conversation within the video call. You can check the conversation content in conjunction with the candidate's input.

You can also choose between keystroke-based or conversation-based playback.

Keystroke: Playback progresses based on input units. Conversation: Playback progresses based on utterance units.

This feature is particularly useful for "skill-based interviews" where candidates submit pre-assignments, and the interview delves deeper based on those results, especially when you want to evaluate soft skills more accurately after the interview.

Benefits:

  • Visibility of Candidate Remarks: Since the candidate's remarks are summarized, you can textually confirm their communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Visualization of Thought Process: It verbalizes how candidates think and approach problems, visualizing it over time.
  • Improved Fairness and Stability of Evaluation: By clearly showing what conversations candidates had and what steps they took to solve problems, it improves the fairness and stability of the evaluation process.

To use Conversation Summary and Conversation Playback, the interview's video call must be conducted on HireRoo. It automatically evaluates using communication logs and technical assignments during the interview.
