Report regarding HireRoo system failure

Overview

From 5:03 AM to 10:10 AM on Sunday, June 14, 2026, an issue occurred where HireRoo was difficult to access or completely inaccessible.

Due to this failure, enterprise users and candidates attempting to use HireRoo during this period may have been affected.

We sincerely apologize for the deep inconvenience and trouble this has caused.

Scope of Impact

  • HireRoo Dashboard for Enterprise Users
  • HireRoo Interface for Candidates

Users who attempted to access the service during the affected period may have experienced a state where the screen remained on "Loading" or the service could not be connected to at all.

Cause

There was an inconsistency in the configuration of the entry point that accepts traffic to HireRoo. Consequently, when related systems were restarted, the system entered a state where it could not properly accept requests.

As a result, access to the entire HireRoo platform could not be processed normally.

Response Actions

We immediately corrected the inconsistent configuration and restarted the related systems. After confirming that access to HireRoo was being processed normally, we determined that full recovery was achieved as of 10:10 AM.

Preventative Measures

To prevent similar incidents in the future, we will promptly implement the following measures:

  • Add a mechanism to verify that there are no inconsistencies in the service entry point configurations in advance.
  • Strengthen monitoring and alerting to detect abnormalities at the access entry point more quickly.

Current Status

All functions are currently available and operating as normal.
