Check Exam Status of Email-Invited Candidates

Overview

You can check the statuses of candidates who were invited to a coding test by email, all in one place.

Opening the Invitees List

1. Click on the target test from the Coding Test list (/e/screenings).
2. Click the Invitees tab on the test details screen.

Information Available

In the Invitees list, you can view the following information:

• Candidate name and email address
• Invitation date and time
• Exam status (Invited, In Progress, Completed, etc.)

Notes

Candidates who took the exam via an invitation link are displayed in the "Candidates" tab. The Invitees list is a tab exclusively for candidates who were invited by email.
