Overview of AI Evaluation Function (Skill Interview)

AI Evaluation is a highly specialized interview support feature for engineering recruitment, offered as part of Skill Interviews. By analyzing logs and submissions during the interview, AI automatically generates objective evaluations, reducing the burden on interviewers and improving the quality of evaluations.

Key Features and Benefits

1. Automatic Evaluation Generation

AI analyzes the code submitted by the candidate, the design process, and communication logs, and automatically generates evaluation results based on common metrics pre-preset in HireRoo. This allows for the confirmation of convincing evaluations based on actual logs.

2. Prevents Subjectivity in Evaluations

In traditional interviews, evaluation criteria often vary among interviewers. However, with this feature, AI makes judgments based on log data according to specific criteria, enabling fair evaluations free from subjectivity.

3. Multi-faceted Evaluation from 4 Perspectives

The following four items are comprehensively evaluated based on submitted code, system design, and conversation content:

  • Coding Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Problem-Solving Ability
  • Design Ability

This feature is particularly ideal for the following individuals:

  • Active engineering interviewers

Usage Conditions and Scope

Available Plans

Compatible Plans Standard Plan or higher

Target Interview Formats

Interviews conducted in the following video call formats are eligible:

  • Video calls within HireRoo
  • Calls on Google Meet or Zoom (integration setup required)

Target Tests

  • Format: Tests including coding format or system design format problems
  • Period: Candidates who took the test on or after April 17, 2025

Notes

  • Separate selection fees will be incurred if live coding using test results (using the "Create interview from scratch" function) is performed.

How to Check Evaluation Results

AI evaluation results can be checked on the following screen:

  1. Open the remote interview list or interview details screen
  2. Select the "Report" tab
