We have released the Skill Index, which shows the skills and evaluation items HireRoo uses for evaluation. Starting from the HireRoo standard, you can create your company version that reflects the perspectives your company values and use it to evaluate internal assessments in Skill Development. Support for Skill Interview and Skill Assessment is planned.

Background

Until now, HireRoo evaluated every company with the same standard evaluation items. However, each company values different perspectives. For example, some companies put particular weight on the safety of production changes, while others value the ability to explain design intent in words.

The Skill Index lets you evaluate according to your own hiring criteria and development goals, while keeping cross-company comparison through the standard.

What's new

View the skills and evaluation items used for evaluation

From Skill Index in the sidebar, you can view the skills and evaluation items HireRoo uses for evaluation as a tree and a graph. For each evaluation item, you can see its detection method and five-level evaluation standards.

Create and edit your company version

You can create your company version by copying the entire standard, copying only the skills you need, or starting from empty. You can add or delete skills and evaluation items, change evaluation standards, and adjust weights on the screen. You can also tell the agent what you want to emphasize in evaluations and have it edit the draft.

Review differences and publish

You edit a draft and publish it after reviewing the differences from the published version. Once published, subsequent internal assessments are evaluated with your company version. Published versions cannot be changed, so you can later check which criteria were used for past evaluations.

Scope

  • Your company version currently applies to internal assessments in Skill Development. Support for Skill Interview and Skill Assessment is planned; until then, they continue to be evaluated with the HireRoo standard.
  • Even after you publish your company version, evaluations against the HireRoo standard continue.
  • Publishing does not recalculate past evaluations.
  • Members with Admin Authorization or Manager Authorization can create, edit, and publish your company version.

Available plans

Viewing the Skill Index is available on all plans. Creating, editing, and publishing your company version is available on the Professional plan or higher.
