Duplicate an Existing Test to Create a New One

Overview

You can quickly create a new test by duplicating an existing coding test and inheriting its settings. This is useful when you want to create a test with the same question set but with different conditions.

Duplicating a Test

  1. Open the Coding Test list (/e/screenings).
  2. Click the ⋮ (Menu) button in the top right of the test card you want to duplicate.
  3. Select Duplicate.
  4. The duplicated test will be added to the list with "Copy" prepended to the original title.

Editing After Duplicating

The duplicated test inherits the settings of the original. Select Edit from the ⋮ menu on the test card to change the title, questions, exam settings, and more.

Notes

The duplicated test is managed as an independent test. Changes made to the original test will not be reflected in the duplicate.
