Overview and Usage of sonar ATS Integration

By integrating HireRoo with the applicant tracking system (ATS) sonar ATS, you can manage test results and candidate statuses in conjunction. This allows recruiters to view scores on sonar ATS, enabling them to complete candidate evaluations and manage selection steps within the same application.

Benefits of Integration

No need to send test invitations to candidates

When integration is enabled, a pre-configured coding test is automatically issued when a candidate accesses their my page. This eliminates the need for recruiters to individually issue and send tests.

Centralized management of test results within the ATS

When a candidate takes a test, their score and rank are automatically sent to sonar ATS. You can complete the evaluation flow solely within the ATS, without needing to open the HireRoo administration screen.

Information sent from HireRoo to sonar ATS

After a candidate completes a test in HireRoo, the following information is automatically sent to sonar ATS:

Overall Test Results

• Total Score
• Total Rank
• PDF output of the entire test results
• Test URL

Integration Flow

The candidate testing and data integration flow during integration is as follows:

1. Candidate accesses from sonar ATS my page

   The candidate proceeds to the test link from their my page in sonar ATS.

2. Candidate takes the test in HireRoo

   The candidate takes the automatically issued test.

3. Automatic transmission of test results

   After completing the test, the result data is automatically sent to sonar ATS and reflected.
