〈Time of Occurrence〉 Monday, December 9, 2024, approximately 11:50 – 12:45 JST The times of occurrence are still being confirmed and may be subject to change.

〈Observed Symptoms〉

  • Candidates were unable to start tests; if already in progress, screens went black and could not continue.
  • Company users were unable to open reports.

Tests were being conducted during the incident. We will contact affected companies individually.
