[New Feature] Automatic Exam Result Feedback Function Released

We are pleased to announce the release of the Automatic Exam Result Feedback Function in HireRoo. This feature allows companies to automatically provide feedback on coding exam results to candidates, provided the company has granted permission.

Background and Purpose of the Release

In the field of engineering recruitment, the transparency of the selection process and the quality of Candidate Experience (CX) are crucial factors directly linked to successful hiring.

However, traditional coding exams presented the following challenges:

• Challenges for Candidates
  • They often feel anxious because results are not returned.
  • It is difficult to understand the reasons for passing or failing, leading to a lack of conviction.
  • Lack of feedback on areas for improvement or skill development means no learning opportunities.
• Requests from Companies
  • They want to conduct sincere recruitment activities for candidates.
  • They want to enhance their employer brand.
  • They want to provide an experience that leads to future talent pool formation and re-applications.

To address these challenges and achieve "improved evaluation transparency," "candidate growth support," and "provision of a trustworthy hiring experience," we developed this feature.

Feature Overview

This feature allows candidates to view their test results from their own My Page for coding tests permitted by the company.

Information Shared

The following information will be shared with candidates:

• Score: Scores for each problem and overall score
• Playback: Coding operation history (can be replayed)

Note Evaluation information such as ranks, pass/fail judgments, and relative evaluations will not be disclosed.
