Configure Slack Notifications (Change Channel & Toggle by Event)

Overview

With HireRoo, you can send notifications for test and interview events to a Slack channel. You can change the notification channel and enable or disable notifications per event type.

Setting Up Slack Notifications

  1. Click the account icon in the top right and open Company Settings.
  2. Click the Notifications tab.
  3. Configure your settings in the Slack Notifications subtab.

Changing the Notification Channel

Click the Re-connect button next to the Notification Channel Name, then select the destination channel on the Slack authorization screen.

Changing the Notification Language

Select Japanese or English from Notification Language Settings.

Enabling/Disabling Notifications per Event

You can toggle notifications on or off for each of the following event types.

Test Notifications

  • When a test is created / started / ended / graded / reviewed / evaluated / re-tested / deleted / past deadline

Interview Notifications

  • When an interview is created / started / ended / reviewed / evaluated / deleted

Click each toggle to enable or disable it.
