The advantages of sharing via URL are as follows:

  • You can share reports with a specified expiration date
  • You can specify the items to share
  • You can share in the same format as the report seen by the interviewer
  • You can share AI evaluation, playback, and technical review

How to share reports via URL

You can share reports via URL using the following method:

  • Find and display the report you want to share from "Test List".
  • Click the (Share Report) button in the upper right corner of the report.
  • In the modal that appears, set the items to share and the link's validity period. Some items may not be selectable depending on your plan.

AI Evaluation: AI evaluates interview results after an interview Playback: A function that allows you to see not only the test results but also the process Technical Review: Reviews performed on the report Expiration Date: Can be specified in days. After the expiration date, the report can no longer be accessed from the URL.

  • Click the "Generate link" button. A URL will be generated, so click "Copy" to copy the URL to the clipboard. You can then share that URL with people who do not have a HireRoo account.

*If you are logged in as an interviewer, you cannot view the shared URL in the same browser. Please log out or check in a different browser.
