March 2026 | AI Can Now Automatically Select the Best Questions

Overview

Starting March 26, 2026, we have released the "AI Question Selection" feature, which automatically suggests the optimal question set tailored to a candidate's skills and requirements. You can now efficiently select the best questions for a hiring position from a lineup of approximately 300 questions.

What's New

  • Question suggestions by specifying conditions to AI: Simply tell the AI the hiring position, years of experience, and skills to evaluate, and it will automatically suggest the optimal question set from approximately 300 questions.
  • Chat-style consultation: You can interact with the AI in a chat format to organize your hiring requirements and evaluation points while selecting questions.
  • Automatic suggestions based on conditions: By specifying conditions such as position, years of experience, and skills to evaluate, the AI automatically picks questions that match those conditions.

If Action Is Required

This feature is available from the existing test creation screen. Please try the AI Question Selection feature when selecting questions. For specific instructions, refer to the "How to Use the AI Question Selection Feature" help page.

Notes

Previously, question selection relied heavily on the experience and knowledge of recruiters, and we heard feedback that it was unclear which questions to use. With this feature, even first-time HireRoo users can quickly build a question set suited to their hiring position.
