April 2026 | Release of Test Case Execution Feature in Live Coding
AccountBackground and Purpose of the Release
Regarding the Remote Interview (Live Coding) feature, we have received requests such as, "I want to see how the candidate proceeds with debugging when their code doesn't work," and "I want to verify if the code has actually improved during the process of discussing and refining it with the interviewer."
With this update, real-time execution checks during the interview are now possible, allowing for a more accurate evaluation of the candidate's debugging skills and problem-solving process.
Details of This Update
- Test case execution during remote interviews: On the remote interview screen, both the interviewer and the candidate can now execute sample test cases at any time.
- Confirmation of execution history on the report screen: Events where the candidate executed test cases during the interview (such as timing) are recorded and can be reviewed on the post-interview report screen. This makes post-interview reviews smoother.
Target Question Formats
The following question formats within the Coding format are supported:
- Algorithms
- Classes
- Databases
Important Notes on Usage (Specifications and Limitations)
- Execution target: Only the pre-prepared sample test cases can be executed and have their results shared.
- Sharing of custom test cases: Custom test cases freely added by the interviewer or candidate are currently excluded from real-time screen sharing.
