〈Overview of the Issue〉 Starting from 11:35 on Sunday, December 22, 2024, a defect occurred that prevented access to the HireRoo service.

〈Observed Symptoms〉 Both company users and candidates were unable to access the service.

〈Time of Resolution〉 The issue was resolved at 9:47 on Monday, December 23, 2024.

Impact on tests that were already in progress is currently under investigation. We will contact affected parties individually regarding any impacted tests.
