Getting Started

Candidate Evaluation Procedure

For each submitted report, you can record the candidate's evaluation (Pass/Fail). This evaluation content and operation history will not be notified to the candidate in any way. Please contact the candidate directly for pass/fail notifications and other communications.

Evaluation Steps

  1. Open the report Open the report detail screen for the candidate you want to evaluate.
  2. Display the evaluation modal Click the "Evaluate" button at the top of the page.
  3. Enter the judgment In the displayed modal, select "Pass" or "Fail". If necessary, enter internal evaluation comments.

Important Once an evaluation is confirmed, it cannot be reverted to its pre-evaluation state. Please exercise caution when performing this operation.

To improve evaluation quality

When conducting evaluations, we recommend utilizing the "Technical Review" function. By using pre-set criteria, you can avoid discrepancies in criteria among interviewers and subjective evaluations.
