Evaluating Candidates
Getting StartedCandidate Evaluation Procedure
For each submitted report, you can record the candidate's evaluation (Pass/Fail). This evaluation content and operation history will not be notified to the candidate in any way. Please contact the candidate directly for pass/fail notifications and other communications.
Evaluation Steps
- Open the report Open the report detail screen for the candidate you want to evaluate.
- Display the evaluation modal Click the "Evaluate" button at the top of the page.
- Enter the judgment In the displayed modal, select "Pass" or "Fail". If necessary, enter internal evaluation comments.
Important Once an evaluation is confirmed, it cannot be reverted to its pre-evaluation state. Please exercise caution when performing this operation.
To improve evaluation quality
When conducting evaluations, we recommend utilizing the "Technical Review" function. By using pre-set criteria, you can avoid discrepancies in criteria among interviewers and subjective evaluations.
